Dearest Friend,

Sometimes I hear you say you think you are fat, ugly, and just not good enough. You say it time and time again. Well, none of that is true, it’s just something you’ve made up in your head, and you continue to believe it. You may even wonder why you are the way you are. Wonder why you aren’t the same as everyone else. That is because, everyone is different. Different from their family, their friends, even their twin if they have one.

You say you have no talents and nothing that you are good at, when actually there are so many things you can do, maybe you just don’t know what they are yet. You’ll go through your ups and downs but you’ll find them eventually. You may share the same genes or the same jeans but you will always have something special about you, something that only you’re good at.

To help you find out who you are, you should surround yourself with people who accept you for who you are, and don’t care about your looks, who you like, and continuously bring you up, and help turn you into the strong, confident person I know you can be. They should like you for who you are, and ask nothing more of you.

You’re going to go through drama, that at the time feel like they could smash the world into billions of pieces, but you will see years later that it was just a moment in the past, something everyone has forgotten. People may make up stories, and start rumors, but no matter what anyone else has to say, you need to be the bigger person, and tell them what they’ve done and stand up for whats right.

Being confident is key. Once you finally realise that you are beautiful, and perfect in your own way, you will be on your way to figuring out who you are, who you want to be, and how your going to do it.

Yours sincerely,

Rosalie xx
